Full-Time The Gardens of Millville is seeking a dedicated Social Services Director to lead the Social Services Department within our skilled nursing facility in Millville, PA . This role serves as a liaison and advocate for residents' social interests and is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operations of the Social Services Department. Position Overview The Social Services Director ensures that residents' medically related social and emotional needs are identified and addressed through comprehensive assessments, individualized care planning, and ongoing support. This position plays a vital role in resident adjustment, family communication, crisis intervention, and regulatory compliance .
