Job Description YOUR TASKSWe're seeking a results-driven professional to support the design, industrialization, and performance of our tire products and processes. This role ensures product quality, cost optimization, and manufacturing efficiency while collaborating closely with corporate and plant teams.
Industrialize new and existing products, processes, and materials optimized for cost, quality, and process capability.
Implement corrective actions to maintain or exceed tire quality, field performance, and adjustment goals.
Provide regular status reports and business plans for projects and product lines.
Support Value Leadership programs focused on quality, materials, construction, and corporate initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards (Release Notice Procedure, Cured Tire Dimensions, QMD Standards).Lead production and quality teams in industrializing products and processes.
Collaborate with Corporate teams and other plant staff to achieve shared goals.
Troubleshoot daily manufacturing issues to reduce cured and green waste.
Follow all plant, ESH, CBS, quality, and department processes and proceduresOther duties as assigned
