Job Description:

Glimmerglass Fiberglass Pools is looking for a reliable, hands-on Mechanical/Maintanance Technician to support our manufacturing operations facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment, molds, pumps, and facility systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues Keep the facility clean, safe, and running efficiently Document all maintenance work and parts used Assist with general facility repairs and projects as needed

Requirements:

Previous mechanical or maintenance experience (manufacturing or industrial preferred) Bilingual

• fluent in both English and Spanish Ability to diagnose and fix equipment quickly Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license Benefits Competitive benefits package available after 90 days.
