POSITION OVERVIEW

Outpatient behavioral health role delivering counseling and therapeutic services for individuals and families Flexible scheduling options including hybrid scheduling and four 10-hour shift opportunities Collaborative interdisciplinary care environment with full clinical and administrative support staff Mission-driven behavioral health organization focused on long-term patient care and community support Upstate New York location known for outdoor recreation, historical sites, and small-town charm

COMPENSATION

Base Salary:

$70,000 - $80,000 Student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000 SCHEDULE Monday through Friday schedule 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Option for four 10-hour shifts One evening weekly until 7:00 PM Hybrid scheduling available ROLE Deliver individual, family, and group counseling services for patients age 5 and older Support patients experiencing behavioral health and substance use concerns Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with medical and clinical teams Complete evaluations and implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches Maintain timely and accurate documentation within electronic health record systems Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and respond to urgent client needs and crisis situations Participate in supervision, training, and continuing education opportunities

Requirements:

Clear and active New York LMHC license

REQUIRED

Strong verbal and written communication skills

REQUIRED

Comfortable working with patient populations age 5 and older

REQUIRED

Experience working within electronic health record systems

REQUIRED

Strong patient-centered and team-oriented care approach
