Commercial HVAC Project Manager Multi-Family / Commercial Mechanical Construction A growing mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial and multi-family HVAC projects from preconstruction through closeout. What You'll Be Doing Managing HVAC, sheet metal, and piping projects from kickoff to completion Overseeing project budgets, forecasting, scheduling, and cost controls Coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and clients Supporting successful project execution across multiple job sites Maintaining project schedules, documentation, and communication Project Types Multi-family Commercial Manufacturing facilities Warehouses Cold storage Large distribution centers Hospitality projects Projects up to $10M preferred.
