Currently we are hiring Mechanical QAQC Engineers to support a large scale mission critical project in North Dakota .

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage the Mechanical QA/QC plan in line with project specifications, standards, and contract requirements.
• Review mechanical drawings, method statements, ITPs, and material submittals.
• Inspect installation of HVAC systems (chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, AHUs), chilled water piping, ductwork, and pressurization systems.
• Verify installation of fire protection systems (FM-200/Novec, sprinklers, pre-action systems) and fuel oil systems.
• Monitor FAT, SAT, pressure testing, flushing, cleaning, and pre-commissioning activities.
• Witness testing and commissioning of mechanical systems and integrated systems testing (IST).
• Identify non-conformances, issue NCRs, and verify corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with construction, commissioning, electrical, and client teams on quality-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, local codes).
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and final handover dossiers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of QA/QC experience in mission-critical or data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of data center mechanical systems, redundancy (N+1, 2N), and cooling strategies.
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, ITPs, FAT/SAT, testing, and commissioning processes.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and test documentation.
• Working knowledge of relevant international and local mechanical standards.
• Strong coordination, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients and contractors. Benefits
