Shift:

What Fuels Success Here:

GED or diploma; technical schooling is a plus. Experience fixing machines, tools, or facilities (2+ years min). Comfortable reading schematics, manuals, and blueprints. Familiar with HVAC, plumbing, welding, or CMMS? Even better. Physically fit and ready for real-world work.
