Duties Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere Schedule appointments efficiently, managing the calendar for multiple treatment providers Educate clients on available treatments, procedures, and skincare products using clear medical terminology Assist with client intake forms, medical history documentation, and pre-treatment instructions Coordinate treatment plans with medical professionals, ensuring all client needs are met accurately Maintain detailed records of treatments, client preferences, and follow-up schedules in the system Support administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and processing payments with professionalism Requirements Prior experience in a medical office setting, preferably within a med spa or dental office environment Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to aesthetics and skincare treatments Proven ability to provide excellent medical administrative support in a fast-paced setting Office experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain procedures clearly and confidently Knowledge of medical recordkeeping systems and appointment scheduling software is preferred Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive attitude in a lively environment Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to transforming lives through beauty and wellness!
