Key Requirements:

Active, unencumbered RN license with eligibility to practice Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Medical-Surgical RN Demonstrated knowledge of nursing care procedures, assessments, and patient charts Skilled in medication administration, wound care, patient education, and IV therapy Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Current BLS certification (required), ACLS preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care for adult medical-surgical populations Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions throughout hospital stays Coordinate with physicians, allied health professionals, and families to develop and implement individualized plans of care Perform routine and urgent nursing interventions in accordance with hospital policies Safeguard patient safety and respond quickly to emergencies or changes in condition Ensure accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records Educate patients and families on post-hospitalization care and procedural expectations
