Job Description

Category Nursing - RN-MS Job Type Contract A skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse is needed to provide high-quality, coordinated care to patients in a progressive medical-surgical unit. This contract assignment offers the opportunity to practice nursing in a setting deeply committed to clinical excellence, teamwork, and safe patient outcomes. Qualifications and Certifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice required Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required Prior acute care facility experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive assessments and collect relevant data to determine patients' health and care needs Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care, utilizing critical thinking and nursing best practices Coordinate and supervise care activities of assigned nursing staff Collaborate with interdisciplinary health care teams and patients' families to provide holistic, patient-centered care Supply health education and guidance to patients and their loved ones Participate actively in discharge planning to support continuity of care Delegate duties appropriately to ensure efficient workflow and optimal patient outcomes Maintain compliance with all required vaccinations and health/safety protocols This is an excellent chance to practice in a well-respected facility with a longstanding commitment to quality and community.
