Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state Current BLS/CPR certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Experience in an acute care facility is desirable
Responsibilities:
Deliver coordinated care for patients, adhering to established nursing standards and utilizing the nursing process Collect and analyze patient data, identify care priorities, and develop personalized care plans Implement and assess the effectiveness of care strategies, revising interventions as needed Foster a safe, healing environment by collaborating with patients, families, and multi-disciplinary staff Educate patients and families on health conditions and care, ensuring clear communication Take an active role in discharge planning for seamless transitions of care Supervise and delegate responsibilities among assigned nursing staff, supporting team growth and effective workflow Perform other duties as assigned to support quality patient outcomes
