Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care Utilize EMR systems, specifically EPIC, to document patient information Administer medications and manage treatments, including chest tubes, femstops, trachs, CBIs, drains, and central lines Participate in patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients Need 2 years experience in setting Current Illinois or Iowa state license required ACLS and BLS certifications required
