Position Overview Permanent, full-time position Work within Med Surg, Telemetry, or Stepdown units 12-hour shifts Collaborative, team-oriented clinical environment Focus on high-quality patient care and clinical excellence Compensation & Incentives Pay range: $31.00 - $47.00 per hour (based on experience) $10,000 sign-on bonus Relocation assistance available Comprehensive benefits package Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in Med Surg, Telemetry, or Stepdown setting Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and neurological status Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (Required) Strong neuro and cardiac clinical skills BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (Required) PALS certification (Preferred) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and critical thinking skills Schedule Full-time 12-hour shifts Why This Opportunity This role is ideal for an RN looking to grow in a supportive environment that values clinical excellence and teamwork.
