Med Surg / Tele RN Opportunity - Show Low, Arizona Direct Hire | Full-Time | 12-Hour Night Shifts Job Description A community-focused healthcare organization in Show Low, Arizona is hiring a Med Surg / Tele Registered Nurse (RN) for a permanent, full-time role. This position is based on a 24-bed Medical-Surgical unit with telemetry capability on all beds and a strong focus on neuro and cardiac care. Position Overview Permanent, full-time role Start date: ASAP 24-bed Med Surg unit with full telemetry capability Adult and pediatric population Support staff available Shift Details 12-hour Night shifts 6p-6a 36-hours per week Compensation & Incentives Pay range: $31.00 - $47.00 per hour (based on experience) Eligible for up to $10,000 sign-on bonus Relocation assistance available up to $5,000 Complete benefits package available Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality Med Surg and telemetry nursing care Manage neuro and cardiac patients Monitor and interpret telemetry Ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality outcomes Collaborate with hospitalists, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams Participate in unit floating as assigned Etc.
