Medi Spa Technician

Responsibilities Perform aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, laser treatments, body contouring, and skincare services Educate clients on skincare products and treatment plans Conduct consultations and recommend appropriate services Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and sanitation standards Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer experience Assist with social media content and client engagement when needed Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes Work collaboratively with providers and spa staff Qualifications Active Georgia Esthetician or Cosmetology License required Previous med spa or aesthetic experience preferred Laser certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends Sales experience or retail skincare knowledge is a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation Commission and bonus opportunities Ongoing training and education Employee discounts on products and services Positive and supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the company Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Passionate about aesthetics and skincare Self-motivated and dependable Friendly, confident, and client-focused Eager to learn and grow in the medical aesthetics industry
