Job Description:

This role is ideal for candidates with strong pharmaceutical Medicaid rebate processing experience, hands-on Model N expertise, and advanced analytical/data validation skills. Key Responsibilities Process Medicaid Drug Rebate claims for assigned state Medicaid agencies Review Medicaid Summary invoices, Claim Level Detail (CLD) files, and summary data submissions Validate rebate eligibility and ensure compliance with CMS Medicaid guidelines Upload and authorize transactions within Model N and Medicaid rebate systems Analyze suspect claims and determine dispute eligibility Conduct large-scale data validation, reconciliation, and reporting activities Review utilization data and ensure proper CMS code applications Support SOX audits, system upgrades, implementations, and ad hoc reporting Required Qualifications Pharmaceutical industry experience is required Hands-on Medicaid rebate processing experience Strong Model N experience within pharmaceutical environment Experience working with Medicaid claims and government pricing operations Knowledge of CMS Medicaid rules and state-specific Medicaid issues Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience reviewing Claim Level Detail (CLD) submissions Strong analytical and data manipulation skills Ability to independently resolve disputes and perform rebate validations Experience working with large datasets across multiple formats Preferred Qualifications Revitas/Flex or Flex Validate experience 340B validation knowledge Supplemental rebate experience SPAP program exposure SOX audit support experience Reporting and system implementation exposure Compunnel Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace.
