Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team and ready to work both at Mountain View and Fremont location. As a Medical Assistant, you will provide essential support to healthcare professionals in the clinic setting. Your primary responsibilities will include medical administrative support, patient service, and assisting with patient care.

Duties:

• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, handling insurance forms and prior authorizations
• Greet and check-in patients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
• Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations and procedures
• Provide basic patient care, including taking vital signs and collecting specimens
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and equipment
• Ensure compliance with medical protocols and safety standards

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of medical administrative procedures and practices
• Experience working in the healthcare setting preferred
• Excellent patient service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
• Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge
• Familiarity with medication administration procedures
