The ideal candidate will be a team player who works with the rest of our team to ensure smooth operations. This position requires an understanding of medical terminology and procedures, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for assisting with patient care, administrative tasks, and maintaining a safe and efficient workplace. Duties Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures. Administer injections and monitor patient responses. Schedule new patients and follow ups. Obtain insurance authorizations. Prepare charts for providers. Answer phone calls. Take vital signs. Room patients. Sterilize instruments. Process Medical Records Requests Requirements 2 years medical office experience required. Fluent in Spanish required. Proficiency in medical terminology. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential.
