Medical Assistant

Responsibilities Assist with patient intake procedures, including collecting medical histories and documenting vital signs Prepare patients for examinations and procedures in outpatient and inpatient settings Administer medications and injections following established protocols and under supervision Operate EHR systems efficiently for documentation of patient information, ICD coding, and treatment plans Support physicians with clinical tasks such as performing X-rays, taking vital signs, and assisting during procedures in OR or emergency settings Maintain accurate medical records adhering to HIPAA regulations and hospital policies Provide patient service by answering questions, offering emotional support, and ensuring a positive experience Perform clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and maintaining inventory of supplies Qualifications basic Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, ICD coding, and medication administration protocols Strong communication skills with a focus on patient service excellence Strong computer skills and willingness to learn EHR system Ability to work effectively in outpatient or inpatient settings across diverse specialties including pain management and neurology Fluent in Arabic or Spanish Join our team to make a meaningful difference in patient care through your clinical expertise and compassionate approach.
