Job Overview:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and reliable Medical Assistant to support both front and back office operations in a fast-paced clinical setting. This role requires strong clinical and administrative capabilities, along with a patient-focused approach to care.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and room patients in a professional and timely manner Schedule appointments and manage incoming calls Record vital signs and patient information accurately Perform phlebotomy/venipuncture and administer vaccines Conduct EKGs and point-of-care (POC) testing Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems Provide general clinical and administrative support as needed Collaborate effectively with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations

Required Qualifications:

2-3 years of Medical Assistant experience (excluding externship) Proficiency in both front and back office functions Experience with phlebotomy/venipuncture and EMR systems Strong communication skills and attention to detail Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications:

Medical Assistant Certification Experience in Occupational Health settings
