Looking for dependable workers in East Tennessee for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Scope of Work:

Log home restoration ( media blasting, stripping, sanding, staining, chinking ) Deck building, repair, and rebuilds Interior & exterior painting

MUST NOT BE AFRAID OF HEIGHTS

What We're Looking For:

Experience preferred (especially with media blasting or log restoration ) Willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic Shows up on time and takes pride in their work Able to work independently or with a crew Transportation required Experience working on a boom lift and scaffolding are a plus Basic tools are a plus

Pay:

$20 - $35 hourly based on experience Higher pay for those with blasting/stripping or log home experience Opportunity for steady work and growth Bonus Skills (Not Required): Experience with log home systems (Perma-Chink, etc.) Carpentry background (framing, decking) Leadership ability (crew lead potential) Own tools or blasting equipment Work located in Cocke County & surrounding East TN areas Message me with: Name Experience (be specific) Phone number When you can start "If you've done media blasting or log restoration before, mention it — those positions get priority and higher pay."
