Medical Assistant

Job Summary Our client is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join their team. The primary responsibilities include recruiting, screening, enrolling, and consenting patients, as well as conducting patient visits and inputting data into EDC systems. Key Responsibilities Recruiting, screening, enrolling, and consenting patients Conducting patient visits Inputting data into EDC Qualifications Experience in supporting industry-funded investigational drug studies for at least two years Proficiency in phlebotomy Experience with EMR systems, specifically EMA or Modernizing Medicine Familiarity with Veeva and/or Zelta platforms for data entry Experience in writing SOPs Experience in creating paper sources Benefits Paid Sick Leave (Medix provides paid sick leave according to state and local sick leave ordinances).
