Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Medical Assistant to support clinical and medical operations within a fast-paced behavioral health setting. This role is ideal for someone passionate about patient care, medical support, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Benefits 401(k) (After 90 days of continuous employment) Paid Time Off (PTO) Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance (Offered after 60 days of employment) Competitive Compensation Responsibilities Assist with client intake, vitals, and medical history documentation Support physicians and nursing staff with clinical procedures Prepare and maintain exam rooms and medical equipment Administer medications as directed and within scope of practice Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) Coordinate lab work and specimen collection as needed Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations Provide excellent patient care and support throughout treatment Assist with scheduling and coordination of medical appointments Other relevant duties as assigned Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or clinical setting preferred Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems and medical terminology Strong organizational and patient care skills
