Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and oversee daily kitchen operations. This vital role combines culinary expertise with strong management skills to ensure exceptional food quality, safety, and service standards. As a Kitchen Manager, you will inspire your team, streamline food production processes, and maintain a vibrant, efficient kitchen environment that delights our guests and supports our brand's reputation for excellence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership in a dynamic hospitality setting. Responsibilities Supervise all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high-quality standards are met consistently. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels and minimizing waste to optimize food costs. Oversee food safety protocols and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Lead staff training and development. Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless customer service and resolve any operational issues promptly. Experience Proven management experience in a fast-paced food service environment, preferably within quick service, casual dining, or fine dining establishments. Extensive culinary experience with strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food presentation. Demonstrated supervising experience with a focus on team management, training & development, and staff interviewing. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling, sanitation, and kitchen safety protocols.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
