Job Description

Join our growing clinical team! We are seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality support in a fast-paced primary care environment. This role offers extremely competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
Working Hours Office Hours:
9:00 AM - 8:00 PM, 7 days a week.
Schedule:
4 days per week.
Rotation:
Includes a 1-in-3 weekend rotation.
Job Responsibilities Clinical Support:
Assist providers with patient exams, health assessments, and the management of acute and chronic conditions for pediatric and adult patients.
Patient Intake:
Perform rooming duties, including taking vital signs, documenting chief complaints, and updating medical histories.
Procedures & Testing:
Administer immunizations and medications, perform basic diagnostic tests (EKGs, point-of-care testing), and assist with minor clinical procedures.
Care Coordination:
Manage patient flow, process prescription refills under provider supervision, and communicate test results and care plans to patients and families.
Documentation:
Maintain precise and timely documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) to ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards.
Patient Advocacy:
Act as a liaison between patients and providers, promoting health literacy and supporting families in managing their wellness goals. Qualifications Strong clinical skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
