Medical Assistant/Medical Scribe

You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner. Responsibilities Organize and schedule appointments Arrange laboratory services Check with patients and type up patients charts Assist during medical examinations Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments Perform vitals on patients of all ages (birth-99+) Perform cheek swab testing, nasal swabs, and other testing on patients. Answer patient portal messages Patient phone calls and voicemails Assist providers with prescription refills etc
