Onsite in Brentwood, TN CSI Companies is hiring a Medical Director, Long Term Services & Supports for our Fortune 100 healthcare client in Minnetonka, MN (near the intersection of Old Hickory Blvd and Westpark Dr). Job Summary The Medical Director, Long Term Services & Supports is primarily responsible for providing clinical oversight and strategic guidance for the Tennessee Long-Term Services and Supports population. This role plays a key part in ensuring appropriate delivery of home and community-based services while advancing integrated, high quality care across clinical, behavioral health, and care management teams.Pay:
$108 - 128 an hour based on experience (overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly pay rate).Hours:

Review and make determinations on requests for home and community-based services, partnering with clinical and nursing teams to ensure complete and accurate documentation Serve as the plan's clinical representative during member appeals and hearing proceedings Oversee utilization management activities by evaluating care management and health services outcomes to support performance targets Collaborate across medical, behavioral health, and clinical operations teams to advance an integrated care model Contribute to clinical quality initiatives, including peer review and continuous improvement efforts Act as a clinical leader and advisor, supporting health plan objectives and maintaining effective communication with network providers Assist with development and execution of clinical policies, procedures, and quality or performance improvement projects as needed Requirements Active, unrestricted physician license Board certified in an ABMS or AOBMS-recognized specialty 5+ years of clinical practice experience, with strong knowledge of Medicaid managed care and Long-Term Services and Supports 2-3 years of experience in quality management or clinical quality improvement Proven clinical leadership experience in a matrixed environment Strong communication and presentation skills for both clinical and non-clinical audiences Ability to build effective relationships with providers and community partners Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Highly Preferred Large corporation experience Health plan / managed care / healthcare industry experienceWHO SHOULD APPLY?
