Medical Front Desk Receptionist

Busy Integrated Medical Clinic seeks an experienced Full-Time Front Desk/Office Administrative position. RegenRx Medical is a growing practice in immediate need. Our practice includes an MD, a DC, and rehab specialists utilizing regenerative medicine, decompression therapy, cold laser, chiropractic care, and additional therapies to improve the lives of those throughout the North Dallas area. If you are motivated by the challenge to expand in a strong, professional work environment, we would like to meet you! We are looking for those with good communication skills who are detail-oriented, up-toned, and accustomed to a high-paced multi-task environment. As the front desk receptionist, you will do whatever it takes to facilitate a smooth flow with doctors, patients, and staff members! This will include greeting and checking in patients, scheduling, answering phones, coordinating with other doctor's offices, collecting payments, verifying insurance, and generally running the office's operations. Necessary to have references with previous Front Office and/or Medical experience. Insurance billing and coding experience is a bonus! Smoke-free environment.
