Medical Laboratory Scientist II (MLS / MT / CLS) 📍 Bartlesville, OK 🕒 Full-Time | 3rd Shift (12-hour shifts, 36 hours/week) Overview We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist II to join a high-complexity clinical laboratory in Bartlesville, OK. This role is ideal for a strong generalist who is comfortable working across multiple departments, including blood bank , and thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and complex laboratory testing in accordance with standard operating procedures Evaluate specimens for acceptability and ensure proper handling Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation Analyze and report accurate, timely test results to support patient care Perform quality control, preventive maintenance, and documentation Assist with specimen processing and workflow as needed Maintain inventory and ensure testing supplies are stocked Follow all safety guidelines and use proper PPE Collaborate with team members while also working independently Qualifications Bachelor's degree in: Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field 2-4+ years of clinical laboratory experience required Strong generalist experience required (including blood bank) ASCP or AMT certification preferred (or required depending on candidate) Solid understanding of lab instrumentation and LIS systems Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and in a team setting Must pass a color vision screen

May be required based on business needs Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bartlesville, OK. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00/hr.
