Apply today! Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) rates range from $22.12/hr to $32.13/hr. Sr. Medical Laboratory Technician rates range from $23.50/hr to $34.08/hr. Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) rates range from $27.78/hr to $36.58/hr. Sr. Medical Laboratory Scientist rates range from $29.73/hr to $41.64/hr. Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus available for eligible candidates! In this role, there is the opportunity to - Process specimens for analysis following established protocols for precision, accuracy, and timeliness. Identify and follow up on critical, abnormal, and unacceptable test results according to predefined procedures. Troubleshoot problems with instrumentation, methodology, specimens, supplies, or results, and implement solutions based on predetermined protocols. Participate in test development, methodology evaluation, and equipment selection and implementation. Perform and document quality control procedures in compliance with established guidelines. Inform supervisors or pathologists promptly of any incidents or issues encountered. Operate, maintain, and perform minor repairs on laboratory equipment. Enter patient demographic and test information accurately into the laboratory information system. Uphold patient confidentiality in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards. Monitor and maintain laboratory supplies, ensuring availability and proper storage.
