Seeking a full time Medical Technologist to join a great team in New Hampshire! -Position is full time, benefit eligible at 32 hours per week -Hours are Monday-Thursday, evening shift Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) 4-
Day Work Week Location:
Upper Connecticut River Valley (NH/VT Border)
Schedule:
Monday Thursday 2:00 PM 12:30 AM (75 Hours Bi-Weekly)

Full-Time, Evening/Night Shift The Opportunity Join a dedicated laboratory team at a historic, independent community hospital known for providing high-touch, patient-centered care. We are seeking a skilled Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) to handle moderate-to-high complexity testing. This is an ideal role for a professional who enjoys working independently in a close-knit environment where your results directly impact clinical decisions in real-time.
Key Responsibilities Comprehensive Testing:
Perform and analyze tests across all major disciplines, including Blood Bank, Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Serology, and Urinalysis.
Technical Oversight:
Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot sophisticated lab instrumentation while ensuring strict adherence to quality control and regulatory standards.
Clinical Collaboration:
Communicate critical values directly to providers and nursing staff to ensure rapid patient intervention.
Specimen Management:
Handle specimen collection (including phlebotomy), labeling, and processing with high attention to detail.
Requirements Education:
Bachelor s degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
Certification:
Active MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP) , or equivalent national certification is required.
Credentials:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience:
1 2 years of clinical lab experience is preferred; phlebotomy skills are a significant plus. Why This Role?
