Monday-Thursday 1-5, Friday 8-3 ✔

Status:

Will begin part-time with transition to full-time ✔

Location:

On-site in Smithtown ✅

Requirements- PLEASE NOTE:

this is not a sedentary front desk position ✔ Prior front desk or medical assitant experience is

STRONGLY

preferred Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Key Responsibilities Greeting and checking in patients Cleaning rooms and rooming patients Managing patient check-in and check-out processes Answering multiple phone lines and scheduling appointments Booking surgical procedures and coordinating with patients Maintaining accurate patient charts and documentation Stocking and organizing clinical and office supplies Assisting with general office operations and patient communication To Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of your front desk and/or office management experience.
