Job Description

Position Overview Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and a background in healthcare? MedFly is seeking a talented Medical Sales Representative to join our team. You will focus on selling medical devices and supplies to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic laboratories, and research centers throughout the Midwest. This exciting opportunity allows you to represent innovative medical products that enhance workflow efficiency, accuracy, and patient outcomes, while building lasting relationships with healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory. Identify, target, and engage potential clients, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), to generate new business opportunities. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on proper usage and best practices. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers to drive client satisfaction and loyalty. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and reports to management using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot). Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and technological advancements to support strategic sales initiatives. Collaborate with customer service to promptly address and resolve client inquiries or issues, ensuring excellent customer experience. Represent MedFly professionally at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote our products. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in medical sales or B2B sales within healthcare environments. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence purchasing decisions effectively. Self-motivated, driven, and positive professional able to work independently and within a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms for sales tracking and reporting. Willingness to travel within the territory (approximately 20-40%). Strong customer-centric approach and problem-solving abilities. Why Join Us?
