Full-Time Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Manager to lead our Medical Surgical nursing department. This role is responsible for delivering and directing safe, effective, and patient-centered care using the nursing process. The Nurse Manager oversees clinical and administrative operations, ensures staff competency, fosters a culture of collaboration, and drives quality outcomes aligned with organizational priorities.Key Responsibilities:

Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred) Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin Current BLS certification Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in the department specialty At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience Advanced certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP) as applicable to department Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred) Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin Current BLS certification Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in the department specialty At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience Advanced certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP) as applicable to departmentSkills & Competencies:
