Job Description

Category Nursing - RN-MS Job Type Contract Advance your nursing career in a dynamic medical-surgical setting. This contract opportunity allows you to make a meaningful difference caring for patients within a respected acute care environment. You'll deliver coordinated nursing care based on established protocols while using your clinical expertise to guide both patient care and support colleagues on the floor.

Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Current CPR/BLS certification (HS-BLS or RQI BLS accepted) Current ACLS certification (HS-ACLS or
RQI ACLS
accepted) Current PALS certification (HS-PALS or
RQI PALS
accepted) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Prior acute care facility experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, analyze findings, and develop patient-centered care plans to achieve optimal outcomes Implement effective interventions, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and foster a safe, healing environment for all patients Evaluate patient progress regularly and adjust care plans as necessary Work closely with families and healthcare team members to deliver health education and involve them in care processes Provide learning opportunities to patients, families, and team members related to health conditions and treatments Participate in discharge planning to maintain continuity of care Delegate responsibilities appropriately and collaborate effectively with other nursing staff Perform additional related duties as assigned to support overall patient care This role places a strong emphasis on compassion, effective communication, and professional judgment.
