Medical-Surgical RN in Carlsbad, NM

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years MS RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A medical-surgical registered nurse (RN-MS) is needed for a 13-week contract position in Carlsbad, NM. Responsibilities and Duties:

Deliver comprehensive patient care in the medical-surgical unit. Monitor patient condition and document care provided. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement nursing care plans. Participate in floating assignments and respond to call duties as needed. Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols at all times.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Current RN license with a minimum of 2 years medical-surgical nursing experience. Certification in ACLS and BLS required. PALS certification preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work the 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. day shift. Willingness to float and respond to call requirements.
