Job Description

VMP Healthcare and Community Living is looking for a Medication Technician VMP is dedicated to delivering comprehensive senior healthcare and community living services in alignment with our core values; Integrity, Respect, Compassion, Excellence, Teamwork, Community, and Fun. Our vision is to spearhead the evolution of the senior living industry towards a dynamic future, driven by innovative and resident-focused clinical and administrative solutions. We have openings for all shifts! Full-Time and Part-Time 1st shift: 6 am
  • 2 pm 2nd shift: 2 pm
  • 10 pm 3rd shift: 10 pm
  • 6 am All CNA's will also work E/O weekend and rotating holidays.

Employee Assistance Program Education Requirements:
Federal and WI state Nurse Aide and Medication Technician certification required. Must have completed a medication administration course with endorsement on Nurse Aide certification.
Job Responsibility Overview:
Providing and practicing daily care and activities for all residents, providing transportation to activities Practicing safe and attentive care for residents. Administer, chart, and verify consumption of medications according to state approved procedures. Completes all required documentation per company policy independently, documenting all information promptly and accurately about the residents' services provided and their current conditions. powered by
