Job Description
- 2 pm 2nd shift: 2 pm
- 10 pm 3rd shift: 10 pm
- 6 am All CNA's will also work E/O weekend and rotating holidays.
Employee Assistance Program Education Requirements:
Federal and WI state Nurse Aide and Medication Technician certification required. Must have completed a medication administration course with endorsement on Nurse Aide certification.Job Responsibility Overview:
Providing and practicing daily care and activities for all residents, providing transportation to activities Practicing safe and attentive care for residents. Administer, chart, and verify consumption of medications according to state approved procedures.
