Member Advocate (Teller)

Essential Functions & Basic Duties:

Work efficiently under pressure while handling multiple responsibilities, including member service, cash balancing, data entry, and communication. Handle multiple tasks at once - such as member inquiries, transaction processing, account lookups, and multiple communication channels- while staying focused and accurate. Navigate and operate multiple systems concurrently to support account maintenance, transaction-processing, and member inquiries. This role demands complex thinking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-stakes, multifaceted transactions with accuracy and professionalism. Contribute to a collaborative, community-focused environment that supports the credit union's mission. Provide members with information about services, products, programs and policies of the Credit Union Perform other duties as assigned to support department goals

Qualifications :

High School degree or equivalent work experience Prior credit union or bank teller experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Operate consumer applications and business equipment. Good typing and 10-key skills Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)

Compensation :

$18 - $25 an hour
