Organization Overview YMCA Vineland is a nonprofit charitable organization that is part of a worldwide association based on Christian principles, inclusive of all people, dedicated to fostering opportunities for all individuals, families, and communities through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. Role Summary Under the direction of the Member Services Manager, the Member Engagement Associate is responsible for customer service, completing administrative assignments, supporting all daily member engagement activities, keep the overall safety and security of members and building grounds by ensuring that everyone follows the safety standards and policies of the YMCA. Education/Professional Experience 1+ year of experience in clerical work and data entry/CRM. Previous experience using Daxco Operations/Daxco Engage preferred. 1+ year of customer service (preferably within a YMCA or other non-profit organization) Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite and basic spreadsheet abilities. Excellent written and oral communications skills Exceptional organizational skills Qualifications At least 18 years of age CPR/AED/First Aid Certification or achieved within the first 60 days of hire. Minimum availability of 12-15 hours per week and the ability to work one weekend shift per week. Bilingual preferred but not required Ability to work closing shifts starting at 4pm or 5pm
