Membership Navigator & Engagement Coordinator We are seeking a dynamic and personable Membership Navigator & Engagement Coordinator to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to foster meaningful connections within our community, enhance member experiences, and drive engagement initiatives. If you are passionate about building relationships and creating a welcoming environment, we encourage you to apply. Requirements Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new and prospective members, guiding them through the onboarding process
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase member engagement and retention
  • Provide personalized support to members, addressing their needs and feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of member interactions and engagement activities
  • Monitor engagement metrics and prepare reports to inform continuous improvement efforts Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in membership management, community engagement, or related roles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with diverse groups
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
