We are growing our high-performing Membership team and are looking for a motivated, experienced sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. This is not a cold-calling role. You'll be speaking with current and former members who already know our brand and value. Supportive team environment:
Work alongside a collaborative team. What You'll Do Make 100+ outbound calls per day to current and past members to drive renewals and retention. Clearly explain membership benefits and identify opportunities to increase member value. Re-engage lapsed or inactive members through consultative, professional conversations. Manage a pipeline of follow-ups and renewal activity using our CRM tools. Handle questions, concerns, and objections with confidence and empathy. Work with leadership and marketing to improve outreach strategies and messaging. What We're Looking For 5+ years of outbound sales, retention, account management, or call-based sales experience. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas or KPIs. Strong communication skills with a polished, confident phone presence. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by hitting goals. Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong sense of ownership. Ability to work in our Spring, TX office four days per week (1 day remote).
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$70,000
Total OTE:
$85,000+ (uncapped commission)
