Summary We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality therapeutic services. Located in a supportive environment, this role is crucial in helping clients navigate their mental health challenges and achieve their personal goals. Responsibilities Provide individual, couple, marriage, family, and group therapy sessions. Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy and crisis intervention. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care. Engage in ongoing professional development and training. Facilitate group therapy sessions and support groups as needed. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards. Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist. Proven experience in psychotherapy and crisis intervention. Familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
