Mental Health Counselor

A Mental Health Therapist in a residential setting conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, and provides individual and group therapy for residents, while also coordinating care, documenting progress, and facilitating crisis intervention and discharge planning within the 24-hour setting. It is required to have strong communication, clinical skills, and the ability to act as a professional role model for clients as they work towards recovery and independence.
