Duties Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address potential safety hazards or security concerns. Respond promptly to emergency situations, including medical incidents, security breaches, or environmental hazards. Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to oversee activity and prevent unauthorized access or vandalism. Maintain detailed logs of incidents, patrols, and safety checks to ensure accurate record-keeping for compliance purposes. Enforce safety policies in accordance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards and other relevant regulations. Communicate effectively with staff, visitors, emergency responders, and law enforcement to coordinate responses and ensure clear understanding of safety procedures. Skills Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards, HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) regulations, and compliance management. Certified in first aid, CPR, and able to assess vital signs accurately in emergency situations preffered. Excellent communication skills to relay information clearly under stressful circumstances. Ability to remain calm, alert, and professional during emergencies or high-pressure situations. Familiarity with security technology such as CCTV systems and access control devices. Demonstrated understanding of safety protocols related to vital signs monitoring and emergency response procedures.
