Mental Health Counselor URGENTLY HIRING

Panozzo Therapy is expanding and is looking for full-time and part-time (15-40 hours per week) Therapists and Counselors to join our dynamic team with the possibility of a full time position following probationary period. The ideal candidate is available mostly evenings and weekends to meet our growing need with some positions open for daytime availability as well. We provide different types of modalities and evidence-based care to our clients. Candidates will have experience in one or more areas with individual, children, adolescent and couples, families, groups as well as crisis intervention. The ideal candidate will be able to assess and diagnose mental health issues, develop treatment plans, and provide individualized care that meets the needs of each client. OurTherapist will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual, family, and Couple's Counseling Assess clients' mental health and develop treatment plans. Provide crisis intervention services when needed. Maintain client records and document progress. Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate treatment plans. Refer clients to appropriate resources when necessary. Develop and maintain a therapeutic relationship with clients. Educate clients about mental health issues. Must have

LSW/LPC/FMT

(MSW and Master's of Psychology will be considered based on experience and fit)
