What You'll Do Assess & Support:

Conduct thorough mental and physical assessments, identifying needs and creating personalized care plans.

Lead Recovery:

Administer and manage medications, educate patients and families, and track progress in a collaborative, trauma-informed way.

Guide & Empower:

Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and therapeutic support during acute moments of need.

Collaborate & Coordinate:

Work closely with our interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, therapists, and case managers to ensure holistic care.

Create Safety & Structure:

Maintain a positive, therapeutic environment that promotes trust, dignity, and healing. Float between 2 facilities Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Pennsylvania Strong assessment and clinical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team Experience in patient education and advocacy Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is a plus MUST have experience with NARCAN If interested, please apply today for immediate consideration! #
