Jaclyn Kimak Under the general supervision of a licensed nurse performs selected duties pertaining to direct and indirect nursing care of the patient.
Qualifications:
Current LNA license to practice professional nursing in the State of Vermont is required. One year of previous experience as a Licensed Nursing Assistant in a nursing home or hospital setting is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required. Must obtain Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) and Pro-Act certifications within 6 months of hire. Must be at least 18 years of age.
