Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist (associate or licensed) to join our team. Duties Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients experiencing a range of mental health issues. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs and goals. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques when conducting therapy Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and identify issues contributing to clients' mental health challenges. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards. Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community resources as needed to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Stay current with best practices in mental health treatment and participate in ongoing professional development. Experience A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Marriage & Family therapy or a related field is required; relevant licensure is preferred (associate or otherwise) Experience in providing therapy in a private practice or clinical setting preferred. Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities and techniques. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to client confidentiality and ethical standards.
