Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and evidence-based therapy to clients, ensuring their mental health needs are met with care and professionalism. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, adhering to ethical and legal standards. Engage in continuous professional development, participating in training and supervision to refine your therapeutic skills. Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for clients, respecting diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Utilize flexible scheduling to accommodate client needs while balancing your personal and professional commitments. Contribute to a supportive team culture by sharing insights and offering encouragement to colleagues during team meetings.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in a related field. Licensed or pre-licensed in mental health therapy, with a focus on client-centered care. Experience in providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy to diverse client populations. Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
