Duties Design and implement engaging product displays using planograms and schematics to maximize visual appeal and sales impact Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and conducting regular inventory control checks Assist in remodeling and interior design projects to refresh store layouts and improve customer flow Use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to create promotional signage and visual assets that align with branding guidelines Support store management with pricing strategies, sales promotions, and merchandising plans to boost revenue Maintain cleanliness and organization of display areas, ensuring a neat and inviting shopping environment Provide excellent customer service by engaging with shoppers, answering questions about displays, and guiding product selections Experience Supervising experience in retail or visual merchandising roles preferred Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating marketing materials and display graphics Knowledge of merchandising principles such as planograms, schematics, and visual design techniques Experience with store management tasks including inventory management, POS systems, cash handling, and retail math Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and develop team members in merchandising standards Excellent communication skills coupled with organizational skills for coordinating display projects and store operations Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases effectively Background in remodeling or interior design is advantageous for implementing store layout improvements Familiarity with retail sales strategies, pricing techniques, branding initiatives, and customer service excellence This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to showcase their creativity while gaining comprehensive retail experience.
